I just found your store online, and was VERY impressed with the number of items that you offer. Way more than alot of other sites that sell much of the same type of items. The 50% off sales are fantastic. A great way to draw the shopper into digging deeper into your store and finding more great items leading to other purchases, which is GREAT because you carry so much stuff on one site it's easy to find what you were looking for...like the other guy put it: "...Like when you walk into Wal-Mart. You go in for a pair of socks, and walk out with $75 worth of things that you just 'had to have.' " .
The photos could be a little sharper, and adding a few more angles to some of the shots would be a big plus.
Also, putting a 'brand fitting guide' on your site would be enormously helpful showing which brands are a slimmer cut, or a larger cut for it's tagged size, and which run true-to-size. For instance, I know Lucky 13 brand is a slimmer cut clothing line, as an example.
And the same thing for the shoe brands. It would make a much easier shopping experience KNOWING your purchase is going to fit leading to less returns/exchanges resulting in a happier return customer for future purchases.
One of which.......will be myself!

I'll be staying anonymous on this, mainly because ill lose my job if I tell you who I work for ;) Heres some advice so my company has some healthy competition.

First off, with your images on your site. I would say to either stick with the images you are provided from the clothing brands or use only pictures you take. If you do the first one, have higher-res pictures. It looks like you keep saving them again and again, which destroys the quality of the pictures over time. If you use your own pictures, get different models and take better pictures. Too many of them are blurry or portray the model in a bad light. We know from other pictures that the red-head model you have is cute, but some pictures, with the shadowing, makes her look like a different person.

Second advice I would give is lower your prices. Everything is a good 10-20% higher than us and your other competition. The only thing that you succeed on with prices is your 50% off sales, but I'm not sure if you are selling anything except whats 50% off.

I like what you are doing with social networking or whatever its called. Most companies that sell what we sell are still very old-school and have no clue how to advertise online. Maybe try to infuse the APIs of these services a bit more though in-order to make it feel like they are more connected.

Thats all I can think of, so good luck and hope you last this economic crisis!

I purchased off of you guys several years ago when the site was a lot darker and featured some out of stock items due to stock updates not being done fast enough from what it seemed...but I have to say with this new & improved site things are A LOT easier!

The item stock is immediately pulled when you add to cart which is fantastic. Not only that, but the search is easier to use & overall navigation within sections is a lot cleaner but I do agree with the above it can be fixed up a little more but it is a BIG improvement from the old site!

I do hope you continue to carry more fetish/vinyl in addition to more casual wear as it seems harder & harder to find a decent selection - I know my local alt stores stopped carrying it.

Keep up the good work - I was always pleased with the prompt delivery of past orders!

Your site is generally awesome. I love the brands that you carry, because many are hard to find. I LOVE Paper Doll Productions clothing, but wish you had a greater selection. I do think that all of the subcategories for the clothing is a bit unneeded, particularly because the selections in each subcategory are not very numerous. It would be cool if you were able to zoom in on the pictures and look at the clothing from a variety of angles. Your customer service is amazing and I really appreciate that. Thanks!

So I agree with the previous post. I love your clothing, but I am a mom of 3 and barely have time to get myself dressed. It would be helpful to have more outfits put together, so I could run in, run out.

All and All this store rocks, and it is nice to show my true self though your clothing!

I love seeing the newsletter in my email with sale items. It makes me come to your site and check on things and I always see more things I want. So that's definitely effective marketing. Your sales are wonderful.

I do wish there was a wider selection of guys clothing in the punk/rockabilly vein for my boyfriend. What you carry now is great but we would love to see more.

Keep up the fantastic job!
