Terms & Conditions

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. The Mission Boutique is not responsible for any errors in typography and/or photography.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We stand behind all our products.

ACCURACY

  • All the photos and descriptions on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Mistakes, although quite rare, do occasionally happen.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY

  • The Mission Boutique will advise the customer of estimated shipping dates, but we will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery or associated damages, due to events beyond our reasonable control.
  • All Paypal orders are shipped as soon as payment is received.
  • To protect you, the buyer, all credit card orders will be held for 48 hours and require a signature confirmation EXCEPT:
  • Credit cards that provide matching shipping and billing addresses will be shipped same-day.
  • All orders are processed within 48 hours. Occasional, we do experience a stock outage in which case we will notify the customer immediately.
  • We use UPS and the US Postal Service for all shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • In the event that you need to return your item, we will happily waive the 15% restocking fee if the item is returned within 30 days in original, new, unused/unworn condition - no exceptions.
  • Special order goods may not, under any circumstances be returned unless special arrangements are made in advance.
  • Items may be exchanged for another size provided the original is returned, freight pre-paid in the same condition it was sent out in complete with all the original packaging. We will pay both the return and reshipment charges.
  • All returned items must have a return authorization number clearly marked on it near the shipping label. You may use your order number as your return authorization number.
  • You will then be issued a refund in the same manner by which you paid, shipping charges not included.
  • Refunds will not be issued until the item is received by The Mission Boutique.

PAYMENT

  • All payments must be made prior to an order being released.
  • We accept Credit Cards, PayPal and Money orders. All payments that are mailed in must be received within 10 days of purchase or the merchandise will be restocked and a restocking fee may be applied.
  • We do not accept personal checks.

INSURANCE

  • Insurance against lost or damaged product is the responsibility of the customer and should be purchased by the customer if desired. The Mission Boutique will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • USPS insurance rates are located at: http://www.usps.com
  • DHL insures up to $100.00 at no additional charge.
  • For shipments over $100.00 in value the cost for insurance is $0.60 per $100.00

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  • We only accept payment via PayPal. It is free easy and you can use your credit card. Register at www.paypal.com
  • We do not accept credit cards or any other method of payment for international orders. Please do not ask.
  • We are not responsible for tariffs or taxes outside the USA.
  • We cannot change the value or identity of a product for the avoidance or reduction your country's taxes or tariffs.
  • We will not be responsible for any package seized by customs officials. In the event a package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all items are returned to us in their original condition.
  • USPS Priority Mail International offers tracking to major destinations only.
  • USPS Global Express Mail offers tracking to any destination, but is more expensive than Priority Mail International.
  • Free Return Shipping DOES NOT include International Shipping.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for International Shipping.

The Mission Boutique is a reseller only. Products sold here are not manufactured by the Mission Boutique. The products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). the Mission Boutique assigns the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products.

THE MISSION BOUTIQUE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. THE MISSION BOUTIQUE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
